WIN A LOEWE BAG · Queensland Category 4 promotional game. No licence required under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld).

  1. The promoter

    Joyce Jean Polancos trading as Palette Co (ABN 65 705 473 046), 2 Baroona Road, Milton QLD 4064 (the Promoter). Enquiries: admin@paletteco.com.au or 0405 009 515.

  2. Who can enter

    • Entry is open to Queensland residents aged 18 years and over.
    • No purchase is necessary — see clause 4 for both ways to enter.
    • Directors, employees and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible.
    • One ticket per person per visit. The Promoter may remove duplicate or fraudulent entries.

  3. Promotion period

    Entries open 3 August 2026 and close 27 September 2026, 3:00pm AEST. Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw.

  4. How to enter

    There are two ways to receive a ticket, and both are free of any entry fee:

    • Spend $100 or more (inc. GST) on services in a single visit during the promotion period, and we will offer you a ticket at the desk at the time of payment.
    • Simply ask at the desk. No purchase is necessary. Anyone may request a ticket during opening hours and one will be issued free of charge, whether or not they book, buy or spend anything.

    All services are sold at their normal advertised price. No separate or additional fee is charged for a ticket, and the price of a service is not increased because a ticket is issued with it.

    Tickets obtained by either route are identical and carry exactly the same chance of winning. One ticket per person per visit, regardless of the amount spent. Gift voucher purchases, retail-only purchases and unredeemed services do not trigger the automatic offer at the desk, but you may still ask for a ticket. Tickets are issued in person at 2 Baroona Road, Milton QLD 4064 during opening hours and are recorded with your first name, ticket number and the date issued.

  5. The prize

    One (1) LOEWE Medium Anagram Basket Bag. Total retail value: $1,500 (inc. GST).

    • There is one prize and one winner.
    • The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
    • If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value.

  6. The draw

    The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 28 September 2026, 12:00pm AEST at Palette Co, 2 Baroona Road, Milton QLD 4064. The draw is conducted on the giveaway page, in public view, from the full list of tickets shown there. Selection uses the browser's cryptographic random number generator, so every entrant has a fair and equal chance of winning regardless of when they entered. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  7. How the winner is notified and published

    • The winner will be contacted directly within two (2) business days of the draw, using the phone number or email they provided when entering.
    • The winner's first name and ticket number will be published on the giveaway page, displayed in salon, and posted to @itsthe.paletteco within seven (7) days of the draw.
    • The prize will be awarded within one (1) month of the draw, unless a longer period is agreed in writing.
    • If the winner cannot be contacted within thirty (30) days, the Promoter may conduct a redraw, subject to any applicable requirements.

  8. Your information

    • To enter we collect your first name and the date of entry. These are published on the giveaway page so entrants can confirm their ticket.
    • We separately record a contact phone number or email so we can reach the winner. Contact details are never published.
    • Your details are used only to run this promotion and are not sold or passed to third parties for marketing.
    • Records of this promotion are retained for five (5) years as required by Queensland gaming legislation, then destroyed.

  9. General

    • By entering, you accept these terms and consent to publication of your first name and ticket number as described above.
    • The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or incorrectly recorded, or for technical faults affecting the giveaway page.
    • The Promoter may amend these terms or cancel the promotion where required by law or circumstances outside its control. Any change will be published on this page.
    • This promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
